So it's been a good shape. What about I don't know actually? What time does kick off you guys know it's 33? 330. Or probably 340 first. Oh, you guys can come right after what Stephen said. Yeah. Okay. Well, you guys don't pick up the box. Okay, we gotta pick up ice drinks. Can you can you buy um either paper plates or more sour picking tea bringing up sounds?

No, I forgot to bring it. Oh, you don't think I mean we have but we're actually like just found out we're running low. So I think we're gonna ask the question. Oh you can cheese. Text me, sorry.

Four people and six.

Oh yeah. Did you go to the rest? Like all the audio is not going to sound more.

I think it's no one.

Grace is a free gift of God, and peace is the result of that. So maybe we greet one another in such a video.

So grateful for the grace that's undeserved.

God love his mercy.

So let us begin this morning with just worship and admiration of our words here in Jesus Christ. Can we all rise? Uh for a call and wish this one, which comes from sound of the sun. I'm just gonna read uh some of the passages for us.

It says clap your hands, all peoples. Shout to God with loud songs of joy. For the Lord. The most highest of fear. The great king over all the earth. Sing praises to God. Sing praises. Sing praise to our king. Sing praises. Can we do that this morning as we worship him? Let's all rise and sing together.

This morning we will confess our faith using the Baptist Catechism. In this question and answer, we will confess what the conclusion of the Lord's Prayer teaches us. And here's the question. What does the conclusion of the Lord's prayer teach us? And together, the conclusion of the Lord's prayer, which is the rise and feed up with the power and the glory forever. Amen. Teaches us to take our courage and pray with God only our prayers and praise him, ascribing the kingdom, power, and glory to him. And it's testimony of our desire and assurance to be heard. He said, We'll continue to live upon the Lord and worship, beaches of starts, lights of easy dancing skies, brilliant, let always work my east energy more just first injury, all things made by his delivery, everything we have from its toest, every place from the death, a child was love, and all it was.

Good morning, everyone. At this time we're going to have our confession of sin. We do this every week as a reminder for us as a congregation that we should be honest and forthright about the struggles that we have before our Lord. So first part is we're going to have a corporate confession where we will read something together in one voice. And then afterwards we will have a personal time where you will confess your sins to the Lord. So let's do the first part together.

We often forget your mercy because of our blind hearts.

With humble hearts, we confess our faults, and I will hide your grace.

Amen.

So let's pray over them.

Marco has come and preached for us before.

His family is actually getting ready to go to Nagoya, Japan in two weeks as missionaries, full time.

We have been supporting them with our prayers and even have their literature in the back. And we are committed to supporting them financially as well as a ministry. But there are 77% there with their goals financially. And you know, as they get ready to go to Japan, they're asking for prayer and for preparation for sick transition, knowing that it won't be easy for their family to get accustomed to Japan and living there and being immersed in their culture, but also for just avenues for them to share the gospel and just for them to be able to meet their financial goals. So let's pray over Marco and his family.

Father, we lift up David and Ruth just up to you, knowing that they've been sick with just a cough that has been really hard on them and their family. We pray, Father, for Kati Ushkin, that we give them comfort as parents that they want treatment for their children for something that they feel is curable and something that you they want them to help their children to feel better. But ultimately, Lord, we just ask that your hand of healing will be upon them, knowing that even if medicine isn't available to them, Lord, you are available to them. We just pray over their family, we pray for their quick healing and comfort over them, and just so that they can go to school and also just be able to come and worship with us here at the beacon.

We pray, Father, for Pastor Marco Gonzalez and his family as they get ready to go to Nagoya, Japan in a couple weeks. We pray, Father, that you bless them as they've devoted their lives to be missionaries, to share the gospel with those who do not know you, and we pray, Father, for just logistical things to call them the place with them getting situated there, getting immersed in the culture, being able to meet their financial goals. And uh, Lord, ultimately, we pray, Father, for your work to be done for them. We pray for the gospel message to be preached to a historically difficult culture to penetrate with the word. So, Lord, we just pray that your will will be done for them. But we left out these two prayer requests to you, and we just asked Father that your will be done and that your kingdom will continue to grow here in this world.

Amen. Children, you're dismissed.

Please follow the teacher symphony.

As the kids are being dismissed, I'm going to go over a few announcements.

Today is Korean American Christmas anniversary. As you know, we are a church that started a newest ministry of them, and with their uh permission and just are requesting to be separate. We were able to develop as our own ministry. So yeah, we are still like a part of the ministry with them. We consider them to be a sister church of ours. So they invited us over to celebrate in their anniversary. I believe it's their 48th or 49th year. They're as old as one of my sisters, so I don't know. It's one of those. And so they actually invited us over to have lunch with them. So let's all join after service before we head over to our next announcement, which is our Super Bowl fellowship. We'll be at the Lynn's today.

The game starts at 3 p.m. But I think it'd be better if we just showed up earlier because I think Steven has some activities and things planned before then. So just feel free to head over after church. And today is a potluck, so if you haven't signed up for anything, um just feel free to check the list, uh the you know the Google document, and just kind of fill in a gap of something you might be able to bring and help kind of uh just share with everybody. Um and per usual, our offering options are Zell, Venmo, Cash and Check. I have the pleasure of uh introducing um our next guest speaker. His name is Pastor Paul Choi, uh, and he's uh uh the he's been the pastor of Bible Community Church for the past 12 years.

It's a church that actually resides down the street on Olympic on in Crenshaw. And so we're very thankful that he's very close and part of our local community here. Uh, just a little bit about him. Uh he was born in Seoul, South Korea, and moved to the US in his 20s. And he didn't grow up in a Christian home, but his sisters went to church where he would sometimes visit. And as a freshman uh in high school, he came to Christ. In the States, um, he attended Talbot School of Theology where he graduated from uh in 2003. He currently resides in Orange County, where he has three kids, uh two daughters, two daughters and one boy. They're all grown up with the youngest daughter graduating from Cal State University.

Uh, and uh his wife then uh served together at the same church, at Bible Community Church. So let's take this opportunity to welcome him today.

We write there. But anyway, so um it's good to be here and uh we dishonored to be uh seeing you guys there and also uh doesn't want the moment that we show the gospel, which is Leon. Frankfully uh speaking and so anyway. Actually, my name's not Pastor Polter, my name is Old Toy, as this is my title, and I serve a Bible community church as a lead pastor. So you know, so that's what's happening now. And uh actually uh I know at times my name for like I never dreamed of coming here. It's happened in front of the orchestra speakers, Joshua, his wife. Yeah, he came to he's my friend actually uh I used to be uh well. It's not that close, but we went to uh this conference together and then uh philosophers to the Bible that's fishing.

Same as together that's that's where I met him and uh you know he went back to I mean he went to as a missionary and came back I knew that you know he said but I never think that I never thought that he's gonna come by my my church and uh after worship we start talking and over the meal and you know suddenly uh he uh talking about his experience at your church and uh and the one thing came to my mind very interesting and then I started talking to um uh Joshua and then he uh gave me uh how the brotherhouse information and we start talking about it and then since then you know I'm here actually so you know it's uh God's praise I never expect that he's my family as guest people and uh but uh it happened so I would love to be here and then good to be here too actually so um I preach every Sunday afternoon so um you know I hope that you know I don't make any mistake like no like uh yeah it's the morning which uh to me is kind of new so far actually so sometimes you know I got confused with some time actually but then forgive me but uh um what I would do is right now so take your Bible as we began turn to uh the 34th chapter of the book of Psalms Psalm 34 this is our text for today this morning you know Psalm 34 verse 9 Psalm 34 verse 9 let me read to you all fear I'm using the uh the legacy standard part uh actually this Bible is more readable than um NSP I used to use an institution actually but you know more readability is good better actually at the same accuracy actually so um in the legacy bible you know in the King James you know he used to a lot of Lord L O R D cap in capital you know actually the God to the Lord's name actually Yahweh Yahweh is his actor so in the Lagos Bible every time the Lord has translated I mean I trusted into Yahweh okay so all fear Yahweh you his sage but there's no want to those who fear him this is the word of God Paul said I have to do it this is the word of God right down here alright um let's pray quickly okay Lord thank you right it's a wonderful moment uh one of the people sons and daughters are here we all come before the Father our God who is truly absolutely Lord we all expect I expect too Lord there are many who have been prepared for this worship you know they should not leave without uh anything they should have something from heaven above you must bless them through this passage of my father mercy and uh I start with you then while the only will be only glorified.

And that we all enjoy fully from the text that we have read the mercy of us Lord you pray in Jesus my name. Amen. Okay. So I'm for the first life. You know, I mean, you know, instantaneously. I mean, instantly you understand that all this past is amazing. You know? It's good to say, especially in the mouth of King David, he said, for there is no one to want to left anything actually, you know? No one to those who fear him. You know that the year 2004 is very important here in US politics, actually. I mean, you know that this year is a lot of election. Two major elections. One is a presidential election, right? And the other every two years, no. The Congressman won't election, right? But I'm not here to be, you know, give you any voting class.

Okay, okay. But what I'm saying is I love history. So one day I checked the uh you know, the list of every presidential candidate slowness were campaign, promise were, you know. There's something like that, right? So I thought maybe um some review of um which is really funny and uh weird, and then I really kind of understand the wow. History actually repeat itself. You know, Trump always said, I'm not saying we must stop the truth, okay? Don't get me wrong, okay. Um Trump said a model, right? And make America great again. It's not his only own invention at all. You know, two presidential cantics, one is the William Party, he started great America and then great efficiency. That's his cat phrase actually.

And then one of, you know, you know, the uh weird thing is year 2012, you know, the birth of Obama, his presidential campaign slogan is middle class first. It's kind of weird. But what is the funny is the guy named Alam Khruba? Actually, I don't know who that is, but his captain phrase is campaign of practice to end order. I mean what I see in common, what they do actually, I mean I don't know if they really like really they will want to change the society in the whole United States, but one thing I found out in common is they want to everyone living on this soil with wealth there, which is with living well. They don't see anyone to be poor, they don't see anyone in reality, right?

It's not true that you know poverty is widespread also, right? A lot of people still hungry, thirsty, not in, you know, only material, but anything in you know, in a spiritual world and uh in the physical world, in the temporal world, you know, people we see a lot of people who are truly poor, and that they need something, you know. Jesus is right, he said that you will always have the poor, you know, which is really no politician, how smart, how they ask you, no matter what, they cannot make this David's phrase. There is no one to those who fear him. And you read this repeatedly, two things happening in my mind. One is what's the phrase, you know, there's a no one to means, and how do we achieve it actually?

I mean, this is the promise, actually, right? God promised through the words in the words of Debbie, the God promises actually. There's no one to those who fear him. I mean, who hated who doesn't leave, who doesn't leave? Oh, this hope, you know, who said, man, you know, it's not unhappy. Oh, who would reject this kind of blessing actually? But then I think, you know, the first thing we need to do is we must understand what it means. What does it mean? And how to get how to have this kind of status, how to have this kind of life, you know. Now, actually, now is knowledge. Probably they said they interpret this way, actually, right?

Interpret this way. But let me really interpret, let me really say little here. What does the no want means? No want to means no need of anything, no lack, lacking nothing, just no lack, having no want, being abundant, having all they need, just no poverty, make it full or fully satisfied, or the completeness of supply, either all or everything. What a best field, it covers. So actually, the meaning is really really great, actually. Meaning is very attractive, actually, right? You know, meaning is some of wow, this something happened to me. It's a hallelujah, praise God. I want this one, and you know, how actually, you know, in the old testament times, you know, material blessing is true, actually.

You know, we know that some patriarchal people like Abram, Isaac, Jacob, they're all rich. Job was rich, Saul was super rich, and you know, David also not so well, you know, very rich actually, you know. But I think that you know, you know, I don't think really David after saying only you know, you know, the material temporal sense, just something deeper actually, something deeper, which is something really uh spiritual, actually, something spiritual. I I uh one day I researched on the the top ten richest people in the world from Alan Alan Musk to Sergei Green. Actually, they're not Christians, they're not believers. They have nothing to do with the Bible, they're nothing to do with Jesus, but they are so rich.

They're so walking. So in a sense, without God, in a sense, you know, God on this surface, superficially, they might say, I have no what? But then that's not all true to actually. If they have a lot of money, they are so you know, they are so eager how to say whatever they want to take care from their primaries, doesn't mean that they are really fully satisfied and the family would be happy actually. There's a guy named Philip Ang, he has a rich guy in Singapore, actually. He's a sad is worth this 12.1 billion dollars with his brother. He said it's for good. We all have we're also his brother Robin, actually. We all have a missing peace, and for me, I was always in search for better life, a better purpose, better me, and their everything.

I was just looking at all the wrong things. One of them was in the beginning when it's young. If I have a lot of money, I'll be happy, and he's gonna be saying that I'll be I have you know, I don't need anyone at all, actually. So it's a plantful abundant and a superabundance actually. I mean, he doesn't get anything else. This doesn't work thing, actually, what is the thing?

But he cheap things, actually. Movies like Christ reachations, glorifying wealth, exuberance, and stress and how media polluting our mind with peace. We have to easily sidetrack and to easily derail from the truth and what is important in his life. But when I realized there's no better me or better things without Jesus, I discovered that the missing peace was God through Jesus Christ. He said until he met the Lord, until he surrender what is everything he has, you know, like it to be young rich rulers, like Jacques. Onto that moment, he didn't know. You know, to that moment, you know, until he found Jesus Christ. Right then, he's by realize why I'm inspired.

There's no one in fear of God. Let me help you more.

Understand that he inspired, you know, doesn't know what they just said his disciples. Written look I had looked, Jesus sent the seventy disciples to send out to God, you know, share the gospel, sharing the word. And then there's a one condition actually, before you stand up. He said this one. Look chapter nine, you know, verse three, and he said, take nothing for your journey, neither of stuff, nor a bag, nor breath, nor money, nor have two tunings of peace, at all.

Just took what Jesus said literally, and then went out to do their own, you know, evangelistic works out there, right? And then did you have anything and they said he never said in years? Now sin. In the sense, there's no one, anyone who fears God. This is what I'm saying. Doesn't know what means. Actually, if you want to be rich, you can be rich actually. You can be a famous, maybe you too. You can do that. The one thing that you cannot get, even though you take effort, you spend so much money, you lead to it, you try to you use every means you know, even as you know that to help you.

Salvation. Salvation. Salvation is a gift of God. This is what I said. In life, like I said, you use your care that nothing, but you know, in some sense, you may have warning. You know, but then God is able to get you. God is able to provide you. In this sense, there's no what? When Noah faced the flood, what would you need? The sheep, ark, not money, he has being famous, right? He doesn't need anything to survive the you know, the old flood. Why is it the ship? God provides. In the sense, there is no want. Every Christian experiment experience, you know, this way.

They know what he comes. Why? Yahweh is shepherd. Yahweh is my shepherd. Doesn't know. So I shall not what? I shall not. Now as you understand that, what is fire? No, you know, doesn't know what to now. Just in knowing time, right? We must realize at the same time, we must be using myself. We must somewhat, I mean, this place must be our lifestyle in all circumstances. How can you do that? How can you have that? How can he achieve you know a life with? Go back to Psalm 24. This is what David said.

Oh fear Yahweh, you sage. So here actually David said two things. One is you must do you must be the first, and then you do actually. You must be, what is it? You must be a saint and then what happened. If you're saint, then what happened to you? You will feel Yahweh. Then for there is no one, those who fear him. You must know who you are first. You must identify yourself with the same food. Are you saint? Are you safe? I mean, I believe that you're all saint church. You know?

Um we uh start the word saying let me explain this first. Who is Yahweh? I mean, obviously in the King James for the Lord and the NS Boss said the Lord, and I hear my Bible say Yahweh. Yahweh is a name, I would actually, you know. The name starts with the uh you know Moses uh Access chapter 3 verse 13. Moses really confused with the Lord, you know, standing for him and then you know God commissioned him to go to Egypt and the beliefs of people deal with the Pharaoh and uh really showing everything, you know, with Allah to do which the miracles and the signs of wonders over there, actually, right? And uh and uh you know Moses asked, Lord, you know, what if our people are asking you? You know, would you meet what's your name?

God said, I am for him. That's what I am Yahweh, I am for him. There's no beginning, no end, but everything exists because by him. That's what that's what we think happens. Everything's over because of him. Yahweh, the Lord, which is among many idols, he's the only true and living God. That's what means by Yahweh. He's the only living and true God. You know, so they said, fear Yahweh, you his saints. Before you fear God, you must know, you must know whether you are truly truly saints or not actually. Here, so you hear saints, which is what you are his saints, you know, you are a saint. You know? Why we must be saints? Because God is holy, saints means being holy to Hashair.

God is holy. God's holy means his artness, it's a complete different idea. Can I imagine? Unto God reveals his holiness to us that we don't know what holiness elements, because we are all depraved, we are all lost, we're living in darkness and no light at all. This is our life from the ghetto, you know. Until God reveals his wholeness, we are holy to this. One day Isaiah, he went to the temple and he saw Yahweh in his vision. You know, Isaiah is the primary prophet, super prophet actually. So Ramaiah is a issue, the super prophets actually.

But unto the encounter with Yahweh, some by selfness, they cover great parts and keep the same, continue to sing holy, holy, holy, and I just say, always me. He truly tastes the essence of holiness.

You will take after him in nature. Those who are saints, you are presentable the nature, Yahweh, holiness. The group of the word saint means set apart, separate, different, taken out of the world, or called up, you know, churches with the eglisia, which is called. We are called our many. That's why we are not many. We are of the world. Saints are nation among many nations, they are separate people actually. The saints means receiving the oracle, but the revelation of God, actually.

They have, they carry, they receive supernatural, super revelation, special revelation, the word of God, you know. Saints are those calling Yahweh Father, same different, you know. I mean, what's the church actually? What does the church means to be collection of saints. The collection of sanctified people, actually, you know, you know, the saints are satisfied, and saints are truly, you know, captivated with God alone, right? But they all move God all the time, right? Make it farming. Uh here's a great Philip Center professor said about uh meaning of sin this way. What does sin mean? It means God has set apart for this for his special purposes in this world and has sent the Holy Spirit to dwell in you.

The Holy Spirit is at work in you to transform your life so that you reflect the ultimate holy one, the Lord Jesus. Now, so far, I'm talking about being sin externally. You know, if you stop at this, we might be easily being like a heretic. You know, only speaking, only wearing, only act like a true saint, but inside there's so much not necessarily so much reproduction here actually. Actually, sin means we need to say internally, you know, internally saying apart from guilt, first of all, guilt, you know. Sints are free from their guilt, their guilt by the blood of Jesus Christ. God propitiate, God propitiate, which means God was appeased by Son's death, actually. Son's sacrifice, and instead, God determined the expiate.

Excuse me, we take away, you know, guilt. Take away our guilt, actually. Exhibition means referring to the cleansing of sin and removal of sins, guilt, guilt. And the day of judgment, I mean I'm talking about protocol, okay? The day of judgment, God has a word, God's divine, you know, F David, about every individual's, you know, guilt. Everything is guilt. When it's sin, what happens? Guilt happens. And the guilt stored in your heart. Continually. Sometimes we feel it. But most of the time, we don't feel it. As a non-Christians sin prophet, no guilt at all. No guilt at all. So under day of judgment, God showed his divine half David, and that this is what you have done.

Christians, no guilt. You know, justification or past and present, future guilt, only gone in frantic way. And in our sanctification, in our current holy life, we continue to show guilt to less life. What guilt? How could it be joy? Joyous. Christians have joyous. They are joyful people, they are joyful, you know, you know, proof of nothing.

You know, because of the internal name, we get free from guilt, whatever. You know, we have gathered from the pollution of sin evil, which is be determined to God. Fight. Fight sin. We try to fight sin. We try to mortify, sin eventually, mortify, mortifying, put sin to death. What does it mean? Colossus chapter 3, verse 9 and 10, this is what Paul said. Therefore, consider the man from your earthly body as death to sexual immorality, impurity, passion with desire, and free, which is idolatry. Do not like one another, since you put up an old man with evil practices and have put on the new man who is being rewarded to a full knowledge according to the image of the one who created him. We continue pushing over.

We continually put up our old nature. We still got old nature. I mean, if anyone is correct, the old has come, you have to come. I mean, it's happening to us, you know, happening in our heart. We know we take sin, right? We hate sin as much as God hates sin. We fight sin that way. Then how do we mortify our sin? I mean, John may say this is very important. If not mortifying sin, sin will mortify. You know. Then how do they mortify our sin? John 7. This is what Jesus said. Sanctify them by the truth, your word is truth. Sanctify them, you know, by truth, the word is truth. When we look, look at the word, whenever we read the word, we style the word, when we deal with the word, we know this is our mirror.

We look in the mirror, actually.

Another word, who is the word of God? Who is the word to continuously speak to us? That this is what God says, this is who you are now, actually. I mean, you know, you know, 216, all scriptures God breathed and are profitable for teaching for reproof. But in reading and maintaining, and the truth continues, challenges you, and then for correction, truth leads you and train you in righteousness. By the word of God, we become what sanctified, we become holy and king. This is the key. Why? Jesus said, sanctify them by the truth. The word of God is the only truth, nothing but the truth, actually.

I have one really great quotation from William Campbell. This really says of what we uh you know, saint chart, actually. He said this from quote. No one is a believer who is not holy, and no one is holy who is not a believer. In other words, this is my word. No saint is a believer who is not holy, and what is holy who is saint. The forgiving, always forgiving, right? The forgiven, always forgiving others, and the fighting being sanctified and continuously holy in all circumstances, actually. Why? It's not you know happening on the surface from inside, from within actually. It comes, uh it comes out naturally in the in the you know, direction, you know, in that way, in Jesus' way, in Jesus' way.

How to be saved? We all know, but then you know, I just can't review it actually. You know, Roman Catholicism, the Roman church says something different, right? They have all the saints. I will um the uh Bible, start quest, study Bible said this word. In Roman Catholic, uh Roman Catholic theology, the saints are in heaven in the Bible, the same child on earth, in the Roman Catholic teaching, person does not become a saint unless he or she is unified or canonized by the poor word from the show. In the Bible, everyone has received Jesus Christ by faith, he is a saint in Roman Catholic practice, the saints are revered, prayed, and even some instances worshiped in the Bible, saints are called to reverse, fear, worship, and treat God alone.

One day John Michael was asked from somebody. After John Second died, John said, John 2, you know, he is really distracted from many Catholic leaders. So someone asked, hey, Pastor, where did you go?

If the Pope died as a Catholic people, he went to hell. And I'm saying, so in this way we cannot be saved. How do you be sage? Jesus guys. Mark 15. The times fulfilled, the kingdom of God is at hand. Repenting, believing the gospel. Repent. Turning away from sin. Turning away from your life's old lifestyle. Turning away from the life without living without Jesus Christ. Now turning into Christ. That's what he's got to use. Just living reverse. And then Jesus said you live in the gospel. First the gospel. You know the famous in 1 Corinthians 3 and 4. I read to you. 1 Corinthians.

There you go. For I delivered to you as of the first importance, what I also received that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures. And that he was buried and he was raised on the third day according to the scriptures. According to Scripture, Jesus died according to scriptures, Jesus raised from the dead. And as Paul said, this is the first importance, which is the nothing important, the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is the gospel. This is good news. Gospel is not man's teaching. Okay? The gospel is not man teaching. God is not human teaching. The gospel is the power of God to see you to God from his rest to his children to have filial and holy fear to Yahweh. Whatever you receive the gospel, whatever you trust in the gospel, the work of Jesus Christ, and the life of Jesus Christ, then the nature of Jesus Christ, then gives the death and resurrection to be substitute in place of you to later his life on you.

Take every single guilt of you on him.

If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is the Lord publicly and believe in your heart. We must believe.

God raised him from the dead, you'll be saved. For with the heart, the person he believes, leading to righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, leading to salvation. Salvation happening in our heart. In our heart through Jesus Christ, in Jesus Christ, completely settled. Which is Jesus becomes in throne in our best Lord. He surrendered everything. We surrender with our holy nature to Christ. That's what inspired being a saint.

But it's all about God's work. Even your willing believing Jesus Christ, it's not your own decision, caused by God's sovereign world, in his promise. Salvation is all about God's work. Salvation is all of God. So in this sense, we become saints.

Now, going back to Psalm 34, um, you know, because uh even though you know David said fear Yahweh first, but then I think I believe that you his saints actually try to identify what saint is more important. I mean not going to, you know, you know, you must be believed on this first, and then we understand eventually, you know, day three, you know, commands, fear Yahweh actually, to fear Yahweh. To fear God is the hallmark for every saint. Unless you become a Christian, you unless you become Christian, there's no fear of God, no fear of God, and then you don't want to fear at all, actually. I mean, this is what I'm saying. You want to fear of many things but God. But if you're Christians, you don't want to fear of anything but God.

You don't feel anything for God. But if you're not Christian, you feel everything but God. And I was here, I feel many things. Things, financial inconvenience. Sometimes I worry about what would no bank call me your boss, your change box. Don't worry so much. You know. But saints are different. Saints are different. Because they obey God, obey his will in all areas, and eventually they fear God and no one else. So what does the fear of God mean is actually? You know, this is very important topic. Because whatever I have of the celebration for our church, kids' first day, I preach only this one. Only this topic.

Not to use the same text, but keep always saying this is very, very important actually. Because especially those Christians, Christians are living in the United States.

They have a small flex, but you know, inside the two, you know, to be mad at God, to be so angry at God, you know, there's no respect, no honor, no reverence for God. The fear of God means with revering God and uh you know, respecting God, obeying Him, something He's discipline and worshiping in all. That's what he's called fearing God, but I'll go further with some experts on this topic. One guy is called the uh John Murray. He said, the fear of God, you know, this way. For the child of God, the primary meaning of the fear of God is the veneration and honor, reverence and all, is the attitude that you know elicited from our heart's adoration and love, reverence and honor. You focus not upon the wrath of God, but upon the majesty of holiness and transcendent glory of God.

This is really classical understanding, classical meaning of the fear of God. Spoke is that I did it. Saints are described as fearing the name of God, their reverend worshippers, they stand in all the Lord's authority, they are afraid of offending him, they fear their own nothingness in the sight of infinite one, infinite one. Let me modernize the meaning of fear of God in the words of Paul Tree. He's expert. It's not practical, and then in the modern respect. Why is the fear of God? It's the non-negotiable motivator of the spiritual person. God is present as well and his glory are the vision, the spiritual person does what he does. He has a single motivation in his life to live as so to please his Lord.

He does not live for his own pleasure or the pleasure of others. He does not live for what he can possess. He does what he does because of God is God is and has spoken. This is the sole guidance system for his existence. He does what he does, not because someone is watching or out of fear of the consequences, but ultimately, because of a deep worship of love, worshipful love, reverence for God, the thought of knowing me and purposely disobeying him is unthinkable.

This ultimately I'll tell you the beam of fearing God. Mark chapter 12, verse 30. You shall love the Lord, your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. You might think that there are many ways to love God. No, it's the only way to love God. It's how you love God, is how feel God. Nothing else. You know, we feel to love God, feel God with all your heart, all the heart, that we might practice best life. Backsliding. Then he's looking by David said this one actually. You know, says David's always feeling God, not really. You know, when he wrote this one, he went with somebody feeling man instead of fearing God.

First Samuel chapter 20, verse 10. This is what David, what happened to David. David arose and fled that day from Saul and went to Aquish, King of the God. Because David was spiritual, you know, King Saul's relentless chase. King Saul was determined to kill him. He took the removed Him from the earth. He skilled. And eventually, when he skilled get away from Saul, and then he met all the God the way. You know, King Saul's servant, the Edomite. And then eventually, what happened? He met everish king, which is the Pleasant King, Coth. You know. When you start fearing man, it's over and over, continually, his problem is not solved or continually getting worse and worse. Even so what happened? David has to run away from King's over 10 years on a daily basis.

David actually.

The first thing is God will allow confidence in confidence. That's your confidence.

One prophet called Habakkuk. Habakkuk, not Habakkuk, when he was the uh you know, when he was acting as a prophet, what happened in the kingdom? You know, he was living at the time of kingdom, economic collapse and place and a racial division, comfort in the street town, and the other difficulties. And he kept asking, he kept asking, how long, how long was God going to allow this chaos and destruction? And the Lord answered Habakkuk. How about chapter 2 verse 4? But the righteous will live by faith. The righteous will live by his faith, which is the righteous live by fearing God. Fearing God. And then at the end of chapter 3, he said, he sent the Lord in this way. How about chapter 3 verse 7 to 19?

Though he though the fig tree should not blossom, there's no produce on the vine.

Should fail. And the field yield no food, though the flock should be cut up from the full, there will be no cattle in the stalls. Yet I will exult in the rejoice in the God of my salvation. Yahweh, the Lord is my strength, and he has sent my feelings like Him's fit and makes me travel in my high places. Which is, even though everything goes against me, even though what is happening, you know, so bad. I still stand with the Lord. I still stand praising him. Because I feel him. If you feel God, and then you trust in the Lord actually. Now you have confidence at the same time, you know, you trust in the Lord. You know, it's funny actually. Look at verse 10, Psalms 30, verse 10. He said this one, the young lion do not let and suffer hunger.

The young lion, it's not your lions, young liars, very healthy, active, animated, and powerful. Do you know how lions are strong? Lions have been force of life. Lion has a bite force of what about 650 PSI. And the second strongest big kid in the world, and that they are about four times stronger than humans. Even those lions, sometimes they could skip, they failed to hunt.

Why?

Right.

But they still remember. They still cannot get what they need to feel on their stones. But a believer of Satan who is fear of God has no right. Trust me. Trust me. You know. Psalm 13 verse 25 says, you know, I was young and I'm old. Yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken of never seen the righteous forsaken God. There are children begging bread. Sage of God's children. Same to have the Father who is Yahweh. And the full saints fear. Eventually there's no one.

If you fear in God, you obey to pray. Fearing God. Whatever happens. Whatever happens, you want to obey to his will. It is natural. Why? In your heart, in your mind, God's most respect and honored and most reviewed. Think about your life actually. You know, when you feel somebody. Whatever they asked to do. We're not asking. We don't want to do that. We're just doing it, actually. Lastly, how do you improve fearing God? And leading us to be full of life. This is one last point, actually. The first thing is, always set yourself living before the living God. This is what David did actually. Now Psalm 16 verse 8. I have set Yahweh continually before me because He is at my right hand.

I will not be shaken. There's nothing to fear in the in this world. There's nothing fear in this world. Actually, he said, I was not taken actually. Why? I always said I was living before God. I don't live consciously, even some conscious, consciously understand that I'm not alone. I'm with God. God is with me. You know? You're just not age. No, I don't have to. Imagine you. God with us. If Jesus is with you, it is developing on you with the Holy Spirit. You are the temple of God. That means that you feel God, God is supposed to highly respect in the temple, all your bodies, right? That's what they happen. You know, you put God in front of Him, living with you, actually, right? Second thing is, you know, to improve your fearing, God, commune with Him, commune with God as often as much as you can, which really prayer actually, prayer.

Prayers, so important. Prayer. You must live. Prayer. I mean, Jesus said, I mean, Jesus is manifest. I mean, whatever it comes to Jesus manifold, we might think that, oh, that Jesus. That's not true. Jesus in this place too. Jesus is to live victoriously. Don't forget. Jesus is not half man, he's a fully man. And then he told me to God. That part, humanity, God became in the human human body, that God incarnate that humanity need anything like this. He needs air, oxygen, food, sleep, health, everything like this. Nothing different, actually. But sin. Jesus never, no sin actually, right? Jesus prayed. He got everything from God by prayer actually. That's why Jesus prayed from the guilt to the end, even on the cross.

The seventh saints to all about Jesus' prayers. He prayed. I mean, He lived, He lives like it. Life depends on prayer. Life depends on prayer. If you fail to pray, your life will be failed. At the same time, they'll maybe not. You may be really needing many things actually. Pray hard, pray delegatingly. Look to the 18 verse 1. This is what Jesus said. Now he was telling them of how to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart. Even if you have everything to lose the heart, you used to let go many things actually. But even though you don't have anything, but your heart is strong, right? Your heart woolly boldly, your heart is served with God at you, right? Your heart is completely rich and really enriched by the grace of God.

Even though you let many things mature, you just stand strong in God. That's what Jesus said. You must pray, not to lose your heart.

Feel your heart the wonder of God's forgiveness. Fill your heart with wonder of God's forgiveness. Many Americans' problem, American Christian problem is probably I'm I'm not that bad. That's what God has to forgive me. That's not true. We are all totally depraved, lost.

Whatever we do, God will be pleased at all.

No. God never get impressed by our unrighteousness. Ever actually. It is all about his grace. He just chose for new love before the foundation of the world. I don't know why. If I were God, how do you choose? No? How bad? I'm a pastor. I don't want to show my heart to you. You don't know in my heart. But it is there actually. Only by Christ. So when it comes to, when it comes to God's forgiveness, it is natural to tear up, you know? It's natural to just find God and surrendering, giving thanks with the end of us for living. What are we overheld though? Without the all the hell with condemnation and then you know, in the and the suffering.

Always appreciate and fill your heart the wonders of God's forgiveness. Lastly, always be saturated with the word of God. Always be saturated with the word of God. Do you want to be blessed? Do you want to be happy actually? Do you want to have, you know, live a life that you know want? Psalm 1 through 3. This is what David said. How blood, how happy is the man who does not walk in the council of the wicked, which is really talking about holiness, not north in the way of sinners, nor in the seed of scoffers. But his delight is in the law, Yahweh, in his law, he meditates day and night. Then what happened? He'll be like a tree formed implanted by streams of water which yields its fruit in its season and it lives, does not wither, and whatever he does, he prosperes.

There's no water. Because dealing with sin, hating sin is our particular privilege actually.

Departing from sin. We try to always connect with Jesus actually, right? You know, Jesus said, apart from Jesus, you can get nothing. You can be successful, prosperous. You always need something actually. But in Jesus, right? In Jesus, right? No. Like I said, he'll be like a tree for only, which is always saturated with the word, immersed in the word, deep yourself every day morning and afternoon, and all that every night in the word, swim through the word of God, taste the word of God. Love the word of God. Always come near the word of God. Do not ever depart from the word of God means department from Jesus. The word of God is God's word. God's word means God's speaking. There's no commerce with man without commerce means the intimate relief.

With man without the scriptures. The only window, this is the only resource, this is the only form, is it's the only thing actually. God only speak with the roof.

Be immersed in the word of God, you have no fear.

The practical effect of the word of God is to turn man himself to his God to holiness, and the tongue of conversion is not our word alone. The soul is moved and renewed. The great means of the converted sinners is the word of God. Try to reach a man's depraved nature with fluffy reasoning and is left your effort to score. But the word of God soon transforms him.

Let me finish. I'm sorry, let me finish. I've preached on our preachers for foundation, as I said. Let me finish. I have a whole book.

The author's author's name is the team.

He's the uh you know, founder of the executive director of frontline mission international. He visiting every country, especially, particularly, he is in every full country, such as you know, with full region of China, Russia, Albania, Pakistan, and who's basically all the places, and then over there always this persecution to Christians, he visited and talking, you know, with pastors from Christians. One thing I found, you know, as I read through, man, every single person over there. Leading somewhat, you know, produced and different. In terms of sanitation, education, literacy, and health. They are different from non-Christians. And the one thing is what you come on threat, actually, through the book.

That is like this. They all said the Lord has filled our emptiness with himself. The Lord has filled the emptiness with himself. Which is a feel God and God feels everything they need. Full in fuller.

This is our Christian life. Christian life is a supernatural life.

Why? We are supernaturally born again. We are supernaturally solid. We are supernaturally considered.

You are called to feel God. There's feel Yahweh. For there's no word. Amen.

It can be your testimony to love Christians. Why Christians are so quiet to God to know Krishna? Then nothing to pray about it. What did Prabhupada have a new teeth? What the prayer of what I'm doing for the problem? I'm your health. What if I'm new course?

As you feel the Lord, your love of talk to God. And you can pass down your fuck up to your kids. Don't worry about the kids' future. The world gives worse below that. But if they feel God, they can protect them. Make them prosper us again. Guys, let's feel God. Amen. Let's pray. Thank Father God. You are good and also. I leave everything in your hands and you thank you for this manifest with the attitude of me. Listening and pay attention to the word of God. Continue to bless this church. And continually help us to find out what they need most. Especially in this church. Among members, the fearing God is resentful and uh, you know, their motor and their lifestyle.

Mercy.

Nothing to fear in this life. As long as we fear the Lord, as long as we put him first in our lives, and we give him the all and respect and glory that he is first. Let's all rise and respond in worship. You hear me when I come up with sound from the cannot highlight.

Under me, you are my sword, though troubles and shall fear. I'm being for me.

The God of angel is always on my side.
